List of all recommended monitors?

A few months ago I came across a forum that has a list of good monitors and a brief description. The list a sub divided into best for gaming, best for office, best for graphic works. Anyone know which website that forum belongs to? I check Tom’s, Anand, [H] but couldn’t find it. Thanks.
