Good 18 to 20 inch lcd monitor

Mine CRT monitor is nearly dead. So i am buying a LCD monitor. I don't know much about how to judge monitors technically. So i am posting this. Please suggest which company monitor to go for? I mostly watch movies and play games. I have a VGA connector. Graphics card is Intel 82915G. Please help. Mine budget is 9000 INR...

Your graphics solution won't allow you to play many modern games at any of the modern resolutions (such as the first monitor I'm listing below). At the end of my post, I'll suggest a low cost graphics solution that will allow you to use the higher resolution.
