SATA Detect´Time Out´ settings Tags: SSD Default SATA Boot Storage Last response: December 5, 2012 11:00 AM in Storage Share jemm a b G Storage December 1, 2012 10:55:01 PM The default SATA Detect´Time Out´ setting for my motherboard is 35. Does it make any difference in boot time when using a SSD to set it to an inferior value, lets say 10? How about AHCI CD/DVD Boot Time Out? Default is 35, should I keep it or set it to a lower value? Why? Thanks! More about : sata detecttime settings jemm a b G Storage December 4, 2012 9:03:26 AM Anyone? m 0 l jemm a b G Storage December 5, 2012 11:00:41 AM Wow!
