Advise Me (dual 19 or widescreen)

Hi, I am a 3D animation student (XSI) and currently using 2 19inch CRT's, which as anyone who has one will know, don't leave much room on the desk. So I am intrested in getting either 2 19inch monitors or a widescreen.

I don't need it to be too fast (as i don't play many games), mainly colour, brightness and sharpness (well usual 3d needs)

My budget is around £500, which is $900 (but monitors are more expensive in UK)

Just wondering what you would suggest? and which monitor (monitors) you would reccommend?

Well DUDE...who wants to be staring directly at a solid bar down th center of their screen? I'd rather eat sand. Save your money and buy a nice 24" Dell widescreen!
