Under £150 graphics

Looking to get a graphics card for around 150 pound would go a little higher if the card would be worth it.

Win 7 64bit
Intel Core i5 2500K Unlocked, S1155
4GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3, PC3-12800 (thinking of getting another 4gb)
Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H, Intel Z77
750 psu

Any help would be appreciated.
