Does anyone know of any good ones for £120? I have looked into the radeon 6870 but will this run smooth enough??

i do prefer nvidia generally

My specs are

4gb ram

550w psu

I'd just suggest the 6870 if its in your budget, it should run wow pretty well. If you buy a 6870 any fps lags would be your cpu struggling since the game is rather hard on the cpu.

according to these graphs the 6970 cant even run it at 60 so that isnt going to happen. Some options are crossfire 6870 can probably run it or SLI 560s are another good option 560 are going for about $130ish on newegg.
So yeah in the end only way you're getting 60fps on ultra is with SLI or Crossfire setup

oh I wasn't aware there was graphs for adaptive aa. There really isn't a point to enabling that. The 8x MSAA is already plenty.
