Good graphics card for gaming under £130?

Hi, I am about to start building my new pc, and I have everything but the graphics card. I don't want to spend too much on one. I am going to mostly be playing games like Minecraft, Borderlands, TF2, Left 4 Dead and MW3 (preferably on medium/high settings). The processor I have is an AMD FX-4100 (please don't bash it, it's a good CPU).
