Already posted by fellow "nips", anandtech has posted a review of the Samsung 172T monitor. In this review I would like to draw your attention in future techs employed by Samsung.
I quote "Samsung is currently working on DCC or Dynamic Capacitance Compensation, which should enable 12ms (average) response times on new LCD’s. Unfortunately, since this technology is still in development, we probably will not see a final product until late Q2 or even early Q3"

I been waiting for this stuff, and perhaps in a few months I'll get to see it in action. Apparently NEC still is developing FFD?

Well of what I understood, NEC is still developing a FFD monitor and has not scrapped this tech due to high cost...

Interestingly enough, they previewed this tech over a year ago (or was it 2, I've lost track of time ever since 2000). I suppose right now their efforts are solely on making it lower cost.

12ms hmmmm. Well I guess I could sell my 191t when we see these hit the market. I would love to see the OLED technology get picked up by a major manufacturer. I guess time will tell.
