It runs BF3 but only with everything on low and in 720p, so i want to buy a Graphics Card and i was thinking about the 560ti. Any ideas ? Thanks :)

If you can get a GTX 560 Ti for 150£, that would be a very very very nice deal. Their price is around 175£ normally. Also, you need to tell us more info about your PSU, wattage isn't enough. Give us brand, model, and amperages.

Unfortunately, the only way to find out things about power supply is to open computer case and take a look at the label.

Don't think you need to know anything, just take note of everything you see written on the label.

Damnit. Your power supply isn't good enough to run GTX 560 Ti. I guess your budget is capped with 150 pounds and you won't be able to spend a bit for a new power supply as well?

Well i was thinking about buying an ssd so if i don't , i can buy a psu :D  Is this one good ?

And the card , I was thinking about getting this one , but some say that the EVGA version is better . I don't know , because you can overclock this version also , can't u ?

Also , does it come with a DVI to VGA , cause i use my monitor HDMI port to the PS3 and it only has VGA and HDMI

MSI Twin Frozr II is an excellent cooler, and will keep that card cool when you overclock it. Good choice :) . I personally own a Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti, but I would trade it anyday for MSI one as I heard/saw benchmarks of it running cooler.
