I know about the design "Flaw" but has it been corrected?
Also, I have seen ZERO reviews on the 7950 DCU II, and I don't have the foggiest idea why.
If anyone has one, please tell.

Well DCU II's are said to be the best coolers out there, but I think that they might have a problem with overheating VRMs, atleast I saw something about the 7970 version, so you might want to google that!
Aha, they do seem to have a problem with them now... I'd go for the Sapphire OC model, cooling seems really sweet and it's at a reasonable price, atleast here in Sweden
Hmm, It does look a tad dodgy.
Price is right for the Sapphire version but there isnt a single review of it where the reviewer Overclocks the card. I'm trying to understand why the Manufacturers are using reference PCBs for the cards. The memory on the reference PCBs seems substandard and on most they struggle getting a 10% OC (Although the commonplace for core clock is 1200-1300 which is stellar)
If Sapphire can break the trend with memory I'll go straight over, Plus the blue PCB in my Antec 1200 with a Phanteks PH-TC14PE (BLU) and an ASUS P8Z68-V-PRO, and of course my soon to arrive Corsair HX750 will look AWESOME.
