Need Help on Choosing Monitor

want to get a good 19" Flat Screen Monitor:

I have narrowed it down to two:
Hitachi CM721
Samsung - 955Df

Both come out to $300 after S+H
I need some help choosing + reccommend any other monitors
Also tell flaws of current two monitors selected

I have been checking monitors on the web and chat rooms over past few days. Of the two you listed the Samsung seems to be best. If you can afford the extra money the Flatron 915FT+ beats everything else I have looked at. I just put in my order. Thanks for your advice Novice. I ordered my Flatron 915FT+ from <A HREF="http://www.techonweb.com" target="_new">http://www.techonweb.com</A> and got it for $356 including S&H. That was a site you had given me from another post. See what happens when you visit these chat sites. Everybody learns from each other and saves money to boot. Can't beat that!

I, too, am shopping for a 19-inch CRT. Is LG 915FT+ as good as their counterparts from Sony and Viewsonic?

yeah i think they pretty much are up there with them (probably better)
the only reason i am not considering them is because the monitor is priced too high (unless someone can find me a refurbished one?)

get 955DF! I have one and it's great! it's the FLAT version of 950p which got the first place by PCWORLD in their 19inch monitor chart!
