You could try and upgrade the drivers, I think if you go to acer's web site and click supoprt they may have an updated driver.

What do you mean by not working, won't power your monitor or any monitor, had it worked previously. Did you happen to stick a add on graphics card in the box? If not and the drivers don't help you should consider picking up a cheap graphics card...
