Ati HD4850 vs HD 5670 vs Geforce 250 GTS (£50, which one?)

Hello all,

So I'm pulling a small upgrade on my computer (Graphics card/ PSU / Mobo) mainly because my motherboard broke and only 1 dimm slot is working.

I've searched around and I think I can pick up any of these cards for around £50/60 on Ebay. Although, the 250 GTS would probably be the 512 version.

Finally, I am buying a new PSU to go with the new card (currently on a 350w ATX Jeantech)

Options:

Xigmatek 400w
Corsair 430w builder psu.
Coolermaster extreme power 500w (Can also get this with a case for an extra 15)

What would give me the best bang for my buck? GFX and PSU wise (English Pounds :P) I'm not too familiar with the differences between them.

Current specs:
Amd Athlon 64 x2 4600+ AM2 socket.
Asus M2N-MX SE
3x Crucial ballistix 1gb ram (only 1GB actually fits into the mobo though)
Jeantech 350w generic powersupply
Radeon x1950 GT gfx card.

  1. Another question: How seriously will my CPU limit one of these graphics cards if at all? Because if that is the case I may be forced to look for a motherboard/cpu/memory bundle to go with it.
