Intel® GMA X4500; integrated card?

Wondering if the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 was an integrated video card or not? Thanks in advance.

More about intel gma x4500 integrated card
  1. It basically means it is integrated graphics card into the Motherboard. It is not a dedicated card.
  2. It is integrated into the chipset, so it is not a card and is instead part of the motherboard. If you intend to play games on the machine then a discrete video card is definitely recommended.
  3. Yes it is integrated....Square shaped chip...
  4. I have the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. Basically, the mobile version of your integrated graphics and I recommend that you should get a discrete graphics card if you want to play modern games.

I'm averaging 15-30fps in Counter Strike Source and Counter Strike 1.6 is unplayable (must be a bug).

However, if you are just watching Blu-ray movies, connecting HDMI to your TV, and playing Starcraft; it should be sufficient.
