260² price drop with GTX 295 launch?

With the imminent launch of the GTX 295, will the 260 drop in price? How long would be sensible to leave it before buying?
I'm setting up a whole new system in Mid January but will wait a couple of weeks (or a month) if I can save 50 quid.

knowing Nvidia nope, id be surprised if it doesn't get more expensive, anybody notice how Nvidia has increased prices? a 9800gtx+ at 199 to 240$ while a hd4850 150 to 180, hd 4870 512 from 189 to 220$ and the 1gb version a 230 to 299 while nvidas cheapest 260 216 its 250$, crap they've recoverd alright, so they're overpricing there offerings... Again
