PNY GeForce XLR8 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3
Core Clock: 500 MHz
Memory Clock: 1600 MHz
Memory Bandwidth: 64GB/sec.

and the 320MB model scores better results in most tests I have seen online, what do u guys think? I'm not buying a 8800GTX now for money-sake.

or if not one of those cards I have a 7950GT 512MB video card now, Im buying an SLI motherboard but only enough money to buy one video card for now. And id like to get something for about 400 bucks or around there nothing near 500 for a video card. thanks

Well i would go withg the Evga card then if you find that you needed the extra ram due to the games you are playing or your screen size/res you can take advantage of the Evga step up program to get a 640 if you feel the need. :)

8800GTS 640 , 640 will help u in GRAW1-GRAW2-DOOM3-WORLD IN CONFLICT .... if u can get , go for it and OC

depends, does the OP want to OC himself or not (its really not difficult)
