Not a huge concern

5. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

swtor, skyrim (low/medium), BF3 (although this might be overly ambitious)

6. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

Currently debating between these two:

Can't decide between them. Opinions? Are there better laptops out there for that price that I'm not seeing?

here, look at the following two links for comparison on their graphics performance there are several benchmarks including games:

and here are the CPUs being compared:

based on those it seems the nvidia card is slightly better, and the Intel processor is a whole lot faster than the amd one, thus I would choose the Acer laptop.

here's a better way to compare the GPU's in the two laptops based on games:

(scroll down, select gt540m and the 6650m and hit the "restrict" button)

but due to the i3 in the Acer one I would still chose that one, the A4 would be noticeably slower
