Hi guys.
So, I'm running a system with a 4670k, M6 Impact and 8GB Ballistix Tactical. I had trouble when I did my first boot, since I got no video output from the iGPU. I bought a GeForce 210, and it output the signal just fine. I discovered that the BIOS was set to use PCIe as default, so I didn't think more of it.
My return period for the 210 is almost expired, so I decided to check if I could run off of the iGPU again. No. Signal. Whatsoever. I have no clue why this is the case. I changed the setting in BIOS and all, but still nothing. Any suggestions on what might be the case?
Thanks.
Oh btw, I'll be purchasing an R9 290 in a month or so. The iGPU is just a replacement until then.

Wait, so shut down the PC > reset BIOS on the I/O switch > connect HDMI to motherboard > view BIOS through GeForce 210 > set to iGPU > reboot/continue?[/quotemsg]
Yes.
You cant access BIOS with while the 210 is not on the pc?

Well, I don't know if it's accesible, since I can't get any video output. I assume it's running in the back ground, but I don't know for sure.

Yes, I think he also meant to have the 210 removed from the slot and if the mobo is fine you should be getting the expected signal from iGpu.Okay, so I removed the 210 after configuring the BIOS. Still getting no signal. I get perfectly fine signal with the same HDMI cable through the 210, but none through the motherboard. Instead, I get the Q-Code "B2" whatever that means...
Try reseting your BIOS and then enabling the iGPU through the BIOS.
B2 state is 'Console Output/Input devices/Console initialization and Load Option ROM (VGA, RAID, parallel ports, serial ports)'

on the mb bios make sure muilt monitor turned on under the primany display line. if not the ipgpu wont turn on when a gpu is plugged in. in windows did you install the intel video drivers for the ipgpu or did windows install them and under device managers does it show up?? if it not there then it could be a bent pin on the mb under the cpu or a bad cpu. The iGPU does not show up in Device Manager. When I installed my CPU, I made sure that no pins were bent. Should I take the board out, and remove the CPU? Just to be sure, I mean. I ran Prime95 for a couple of hours, and it seemed to run fine.
I didn't remove the 210 when I tried using the iGPU. Should I do that? I didn't enable the multi-monitor setting either. I assumed that it was unnecessary, since the iGPU was set as the main output.
