Hardware changes might not have been detected
After I ran a "Hardware and Devices" Troubleshooter I got this message: Hardware changes might not have been detected.
I checked the "Device Manager" and everything is working.
What can I do to resolve this problem?

Even full system restore and reformating PC didn't help. I don't know what I need to do anymore.
What does "Hardware changes might not have been detected" even mean? After some research I find that when people get this message its mean that they had some hardware or device problem but I checked "Hardware and Devices" panel and everything is working.
Maybe I had this problem before pulling Video Cards out but I ran Troubleshooter for the first time after I inserted them back.
Any suggestions guys?

No, I just pulled out both video cards and then put them back. Now they are both working properly but I am still getting that message form Troubleshooter: "Hardware changes might not have been detected". I even made a system restore but I am still getting that message.
