Can an intel stock cooler fit into a mini-ITX case?

I'm thinking of building something like that for my friend, but one major concern I have is whether or not the intel stock cooler will get in the way of the PSU preventing it form being mounted.

You should be fine with the stock cooler as long as its one of those thinner heat sinks

Yeah it's definitely not an issue, you have 65mm of cooler clearance which is plenty for the stock cooler, and quite a lot of low profile ones too.
