Loss of quality from converting HDMI to VGA
So I just bought a new graphics card which had a dvi port and hdmi and a display port. I hav 2 monitors,1 with dvi and vga but the other one only has vga. I knew that I would need a converter if i were to plug both my monitors into the graphics card. I got a hdmi to vga converter but the monitor running on vga has a lower qulity than it used to when I used to hook it up to the onboard graphics. I just wanted to know if this is normal and if there is anyway to fix it.

Thank you

I have the same problem I'm using an converter HDMI to VGA but quality is low. The two types of signals are not compatible one is digital and one is analog. This converter makes the mach between signal but causes loss of quality.
