What adapter do you need for the X-Star DP2710 2560x1440 monitor?
If I live in the U.S., do I need to buy a special adapter? If so, what one?

No, you should not need anything for it.

I don't see why you would need a adapter... what do you plan to use with it?

no, you need a video card that supports that resolution, but I doubt you'll find one yet

You'll also need an hdmi 1.4 or 2.0 cable

I just meant do you need anything special to plug it in to a US outlet? I read somewhere that you just need a standard power cable, but I don't want to buy one if I don't need it. I'm planning on getting it from dreamseller.
