Also, a coolermaster haf 912, nzxt sourcd 210, antec 300, antec one, corsiar carbide 200/or 300r, corsair graphite 230t case might be an awesomeupgrade. New case could be used for futu\re builds and give pc completely new look. Gpu and case will be really good, because the 8gb ram and old i7 are still pretty good.

Go for the minimum of r7 260x/gtx 750ti and probably maximum of gtx 760 or 770 or 7950 270x 280xish also go ahead and fully clean and dust your case, and try lubricating your case fans and CPU fan to give it a newer feel. Power supply model? If you are upgrading might as well get cx600 or xfx550. CPU fan upgrade along with over-clocking might help as well. When I upgrade old rigs, I try to make them look, sound, and perform a lot better.

You will probably need a power supply upgrade if you go for a new graphics card.

Download Speccy from Piriform, that'll give you information on your components. But I agree with Lego. Probably not worth trying to upgrade anything else on it.
