GTX 780 and GTX 560 on a 650w PSU?
I'm going to try using my GTX 560 (150w) as a dedicated PhysX card for my GTX 780 (250w) as an experiment. Would it be safe to use it under a TX650 power supply?

Personally, I dont think you would gain much with the 560 as a dedicated Physx card. The 780 is most likely able to pull its own weight in terms of Physx performance. The TX650 is a very good power supply.

You should be fine, let us know how the experiment goes?

You can probably get away with it just fine.
