Of course you can't have all qualities on a cheap VGA.

1) www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Vapor-X-Radeon-Graphics-Displ...

[more silence, good quality]

2) eu.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=02G-P4-2643-KR&family=GeForce%20600%20Series%20Family&uc=EUR
Hey thanks for you help I think I would go with the first one because I don't want any noise in distracting me

[less silence, more future-poof, little more picture quality but little less frames per second].

---------------
Both are about $100. If you choose 2), be aware there are 5 similar models, the one you need is in the linked page, and its part number is 02G-P4-2643-KR.

If you want to spend less than $100, it's better to buy no video card and lean on integrated graphics.

Here ( www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html#) you find performance of all graphic card models.

Thanks for your help I will check it out

Tell:

how much you want to spend (minimum and maximum)
what you care about more (low noise? picture quality? Frames per second and future-proof?).

I'm willing to spend minimum and both low noise and picture quality.

Give a look at here:

Focus on AMD video cards, they offer a better performance/cost ratio, which makes them preferable to NVIDIA ones for limited cost builds.
Sapphire is the best AMD video cards make, Asus is very good too.

I would choose Windows 7 (64-bit version of course) Home Premium. Windows 8/8.1 is weighty, and should be avoided on non-expensive computers such as the one you are planning on.
Besides, it brings compatibility issues with not a few non-up-to-date games.

Intel Wi-fi cards are probably preferable to Asus', Asus one being good too however. Choose Intel if a difference like $10 does not bother you.

I would just get a r7 260. I really haven't noticed in the regular or x versions of this card to really matter. The x versions of the amd cards are so restricted to the overhead that you can overclock them to. So just a regular 260 and then overclock it like hell

I'd recommend the R7 265x.

What's your budget though?
