Black lines/bars all over the screen
Hey there dear reader . So ... recently i bought a new pc , a weak one(not enough money to buy a good one... and still i'm ok with it) I bought the case and everything that's in it, but i haven't changed the monitor, keyboard, mouse etc. and now i have a problem:

Black lines on all 4 sides of my screen ~2 mm ...

Why I mentioned the pc is new? Because i didn't have this issue with my old ati card. My specs are (tell me if you need something more):

graphics card : msi geforce 630gt 2gb ddr3
monitor: viewsonic VA1912w

P.S. I'm not a pro in this stuff, but i'll try to give you as much info as possible .Thank you for taking time on reading this or even helping solving ,I appreciate any help now .And sorry for my bad english , still have to work on it:)

Well, you can try to use the Overscan option in the Nvidia Control Panel. I don't know if that would work, but it's worth a try. If that doesn't do it, then I'm out of ideas.

It didn't help, and still thanks for trying to help me out.

go into color adjustment and choose sRGB. or 9300K.

It gives me blue-coloured screen on 9300k and on srgb it gives minimum brightness (which i can't edit :/ )

idk what it did , but the memory recall changed my screens brightness, and now it's not bright even with full brightness/contrast.

It's on the monitor, not the computer. It changes any settings you may have made in the monitor back to the factory presets/defaults.

Nope, still with the lines :(

Did you try the Memory Recall in the monitor as well?

Not really , as i don't know what it is. Can it change any settings, and can i bring back old settings in that case?
