24 Pin Connector Won't Go In Fully
My 24 pin connector won't fully enter the motherboard header. I checked for any obstructions and they were nonexistent, and have used probably more force than I should've. The latch nearly goes over but can't go far enough. Would getting a 24 pin extension help? Will this tiny bit of space severely affect my computer? What should I do? Thanks.

what motherboard? What power supply? - make and model

Can you rma the mobo - connector housing might be deformed. Though they'd use it to test the mobo before shipping it out
