I only have two choices:
The Sapphire Toxic R9 280X or the Vapor-X Tri-X R9 280X
Both are at the same price in my country but, I would want to know the best as it is very hard to find benchmarks in the internet. . Please and Thank You!

You won't regret the Dual-X. For the price it is excellent. I was able to overclock the Core to 1100MHz and Memory to 6200MHz on a very low end Z77 mobo. Also, the Dual-X will easily max out BF4 on Ultra.
Some advice. Don't use the Sapphire software for overclocking. Any GPU software will work. I use MSI Afterburner and I can set a nice fan profile that allows for good cooling with acceptable fan speeds.

Toxic is very loud. It is the fastest of all 280x but I would advise against it cuz of noise. Just get the Vapor-X instead. Did you consider the Dual-X R9 280x? I went that route cuz it was cheaper and quieter, and games won't really be able to tell the difference. Here is info on Vapor-X noise:

Thank you, I made my mind on the Dual-X since it is $65 cheaper in our country.
