Just as i turn on power supply, cpu starts..
Just as i turn on power supply, cpu starts..
No i dont have a ups so i've connected cpu directly to power supply for about 2 years now..
Cpu automatically starts with a "be-bleeep" sound then just after the screen when comp checks components, a blank screen appears
then again "be-bleeep"
and it goes on and on..
I tried running linux from a flash drive and it worked fine..
So i made a backup of my files and im going to format my pc now..
But i was thinking one thing, what are the consequences of formatting pc to often?
NOTE: forgive me for any lang mistake i'd made

The only real negative to formatting is you realize too late that there are files on the drive that you would rather have backed up first.
hard drives can be formatted thousands of times with no ill effects. SSD's on the other hand have a limited amount of writes before they wear out ( thousands), not that you woulod full format an SSD anyways - your secure erase them instead.
