Need Help with first gaming computer
Hello all, I want to build a gaming computer this summer. This is my first time building a computer, I have spent sometime reading the threads and watching youtube videos on the different parts of the computer.
The games that I play are 2K Sports games, League of Legends, Civilization V, MMOs, Guild Wars 2, etc.
I'm currently playing this games on my laptop (lenovo thinkpad T420i) on medium to low settings for most of these games.
Besides playing games, I also like to watch movies, streams, and listen to music.

I originally wanted to keep the budget under $1000 but since I need to get a monitor, keyboard, OS, etc, I would prefer to keep the budget under $1500.

These are the parts I've picked out.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 500R White ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer
Total: $921.65

Most likely going to get a Win7 home edition for the OS.
I need recommendation for a monitor.
Also, have been talking about streaming with a friend, if I want to stream, will this set up work?
Since I like to listen to music, is a sound card recommended?

I'm not sure if the parts I picked out are overkill for the games I play or the activities I do.
I don't need a super computer, I just want to run high settings for the games I play.
Please let me know if my parts are all compatible and if there are more intelligent part decisions that I could make.

ALL suggestions welcome here!!!
