SSD for OS and 1TB HDD for storage cant open programes on fresh install
I formatted my SSD and HDD unplugged the 1TB HDD from the system put a clean install of win 7 on the ssd turned off the computer and plugged back in my 1TB for storage off games etc and when i try to open OBS for streaming i get this error message please may someone help me you will be awesome!

The program can't start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

know bare in mind this programs were working fine before i did a fresh install now i get these problems on most stuff i try to run through the HDD.

Did you reinstall your games on the HDD?
Are they running in Steam or Origin?
If so, did you reinstall Steam and Origin?
