Hi there
This is a really big deal to me. Before this i wouldnt even clear the dust out of my laptop. but ive rose to this challenge and want to build my own gaming computer.
First of all. Budget ofcourse is everything. I want to be able to play World of warcraft on highest settings, And be okay for future gaming. I dont want to pay to much then i have to. Because i can always upgrade at a further date. From what ive read the motherboard and CPU are the most important then the GPU.
Ive thinking of buying -
MsiX 79A-GD45 8D Plus ATX Motherboard LGA 2011/Socket R
intel i7 4770K quad core 3.5ghz turbo 3.9ghz
Asus GeForce GTX 770 1058MHz 2GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI DirectCU II Graphics Card
So i want to know if the motherboard is good, And the cpu And if there all compatable? how would i know? I really want to OC and i really want a good GPU. and it to be fast.

If you want to tell the compatibility of a cpu with a motherboard you must look at the motherboard socket and see if it is the same as the cpu eg. the motherboard you said originally had, a 2011 socket whilst your cpu was designed for an 1150 socket. The socket and compatibility list should be shown on any cpu/motherboard you buy just make sure you read about it. The more expensive motherboard has better on board audio and faster Ethernet but both motherboards are solid with latest chip set for other cpus' coming out later this year. Both motherboards are by gigabyte so all the features are the same but for the faster Ethernet and better on board audio. Hope this helped you out
