I am currently playing on 4:3 1024x768 and I have the black bars on the side of the screen.
I was wondering if it's possible to get rid of the bars.
I'm on an laptop with Intel HD 4000.

If you don't want the bars, switch to a wide-screen format for the resolution. If you try to stretch the image, you will distort it.
