Send them a letter. Inside that letter, put the email and another larger envelope with your name and postage on it.

They remove the outside letter, toss the IO shield in the envelope, seal it, and toss it in the mailbox.

Hi I got this back from gigabyte "Please forward a large SAE (Self addressed envelope) to the below address. For this item £1.50p in fixed postage 1st class should cover Royal Mail’s costs, cheaper if you use 2nd class. If you desire guaranteed delivery, we advise you to use recorded delivery (cost will be higher approx. £4.00p). We will send the item same day your SAE arrives. Please include a copy of this e mail. Please note: GBT-Tech cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items sent through Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd class services. You should allow 1-3 days for delivery. Item will be dispatched same day SAE arrives depending on stock availability on the day." What exactly is it asking? Haha

If you phone/email Gigabyte, they might be willing to sell you one.

They're unlikely to replace it for you if it's just lost/damaged.

There's nothing majorly wrong with leaving it out; it just makes it a little easier for dust to get in.

have you tried ebay? You can try contacting gigabyte for one, they may be willing to send you a free one...
