GTA 5 with a HD 7750
I'm looking to play GTA 5 at Medium settings at 720p or 1080p, is this possible on this rig?

Here's my rig:

    AMD FX 6300 // 4.1GHz Processor
    AMD Radeon HD 7750 // 2GDDR3.
    8GB RAM // 1600MHz

I bought the system cheaply, already built, as it would have cost more to build it (it was a very good deal). I do plan on upgrading to a HD 7870 with 2GDDR5, but if I'm not able to do this before GTA 5 launches some time this year, then the 7750 will have to do.

GTA 5 system requirements haven't been officially confirmed, but take a look at the speculated one- http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1308&ga... .
According to this system requirement you will be able to play gta 5 at low settings in 1080p nd med. settings in 720p. But you can never know till official system requirements are released. Event the game itself is in doubt of release, though there are many rumors of confirmations. your gddr3 memory might be a bit of problem since gddr3 memory is much slower than gddr5. You should have bought the gddr5 edition when you bought the card.

Since there are no bechmarks out for the game, maybe you can. From the requirements, you can probably play on Medium settings.
