My question is kinda related to yours.. I've been told that our CPUs are good enough for the 280X, should not Bottleneck it.. But since I am getting this poor performance out of it, im starting to doubt that.
Multi: x20 (4.00GHz)
CPU voltage: 1.488v
DRAM voltage: 1.66v
CPU/NB voltage: 1.308v
NB frequency: 2600MHz

Do you happen to play Battlefield 3? I am having some weird GPU Usage under BF3 Multiplayer 64 players.. Most of the time it sits at 73% GPU Usage (instead of 90-98%)
Are you getting this aswell?
