Hi i've heard that the ram doesn't matter too much, but the 760 is $280 and the 770 is $340
Which do you think it's better? and yes i have a budget
mostly would want to play new games at 60 fps maybe not at ultra but high

@1080p most games will be fine with 2Gb of Vram. If you plan on playing Watchdogs(on ultra) you may want to look at something like the 280x. It is on the same performance level as the 770 but has 3Gb of vram which even at 1080p Watchdogs will use on ultra settings. On my system I have seen it hit 3.6Gb of vram usage(maxed out settings @1080p). In the $300 price range the 280x is the card I would suggest.

It's very simple to explain it actually. High resolution or more than 1 monitor set up requires more Vram. But you can't play with decent settings on a very high resolution using a 760. Being that said, the 770 2gb is the clear winner. Now you ask me... Mr. Penguin, which model do I get? From my own experience, the Asus GTX 770 DirectCU II OC has one of the best stock cooling among the available options in the market.
770 is better, it performs 20% higher than 760 and 2gb ram is enough for 1080p.

If u want to save money then get 760 2gb version, 4gb is not worth it.

You are right, 2gb vs 4gb does not matter much.

Clearly a GTX770 is better. If you budget can handle a GTX770 2gb , buy that.
Otherwise, you will always be wondering if you should have.
