i5 4670K or i7 4770 (same Price + GTX 780 Ti) which one?
best processor for both gaming and multitasking and programming ( Visual Basic, Python, Pascal, Java), also will be doing a fair bit of heavy web browsing and medium-level multitasking.
Also recording a fair bit with Shadowplay.
Which processor is best with 780 Ti since they are both the same price?

Neither. Gow tih a 1230v3 for about $50 less than the 4770 and only $16 more than a 4670k. It will perform nearly identical to an i7 4770 and can be paired with a less expensive motherboard than the 4670k really needs.

The 4770k is the 4670K with hyperthreading .... good for video editing and other multi threaded apps

The 4770 is the 477k without overclocking.

The 4770k gets about 3-6% better performance in gaming.

If you are in US, you can free some money for the 4770k if you think it will benefit you buy buying the right priced 780 Ti and buying it at the right time...... every other week or so you can buy the MSI 780 Ti for $600

Also if buying from newegg ....look for newegg combos that will save you $30 - $45 buying CPU and MoBo together.
