2 digital storage drives for 1 HDD

I have a 750 GB HDD in my laptop, and the laptop came with 274 GB dedicated to a separate drive labeled D. I have 2 drives for one HDD, and literally nothing is on the D drive. Would I be able to remove this D drive and put all of the storage space onto one drive? How would I do this?

hello again.
just realized the guide i linked you too only tells you how to delete a partition.
to then increase the size of your OS Drive you want to:
right click on OS partition and use the extend tool from there it should be pretty self explanatory.
hope I helped
