Why can't i run BF4/BFH on ultra 60+ fps with this build?
My build:
GPU: Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 Ti 2GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel-Core i5 3570 @3.4 Ghz
PSU: Xtreme Power Plus 550W PSU
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
SSD: Sandisk 120(or 128 idk) GB SSD
Memory: 16 GB RAM
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1

What i dont understand is that i cant run BF4/BFH on ultra 60+ fps with this build, even without Antialiasing, Vsync,Ambient Occlusion, etc. I've seen many people say that they can play BF4 on ultra 60+ fps with no problem when using a 660 Ti(Maybe it's the fact that i have 2gb Graphics memory?). I know that it's pretty late to make a thread like this since BF4 is an "old" game now, but this has been stressing me in a more general way. My Nvidia drivers are up to date and I even risked the Cpu core unpark thing, but it didnt really work up to my expectations. I need some help on how i can make this build run BF4 and any other game that has the same or even higher graphical prowess because I can't take this any longer.
Thank you,
Akshay

A lot of people say that they are able to run bf4 on ultra 60+, but i cant, id like to see some advice from a person that has the gtx 660 ti because i wont spend another 300 bucks on another one

Mine is 2GB as well.

I have heard things that BF4 seems to run better on win7, Not sure if that's true or not, but you may want to google it.

My build is actually weaker than yours honestly so it may be something like drivers or perhaps BETA drivers? Or maybe you're getting temperature bottlenecks in your case?

Im running the latest nvidia driver and i think my temperature is fine, although my computer does get a bit toasty after an hour of playing bf4. I also heard that it runs better on win8 (people have gotten major fps increases with win8 so im assuming that it wouldve helped me, and it did, but it only increased my fps by like 5.

Try running Prime95 and watching your cpu temperature. That could be throttling the PC.

What's Prime95 exactly?

yes. at 100% resolution scale + 6GB of RAM (and Ultra settings)

See? This is what i mean. In the bf4 recommended setup it says 3gb graphics memory, now idk if thats the issue or not cuz my 660 ti is 2gb
