Would this be a good first budget build for gaming ?
hello everybody i am trying to build an entry level gaming pc. im only 15 so my budget is at 400$, i went a little over but thats ok. my intentions are for it to be able to play demanding games such as battlefield 4, Arma 3, Watch dogs with at least Medium Settings. i created this build because im tired of my old computer i have now. it struggles to handle sims 2 on medium setting.

now for the build. this is my first build so it was kind of hard to go with. i searched up budget gaming parts and compared them all. this what i came up with. is there any parts i can switch up so i can get a lower price without compromising too much performance. also, another question is the GPU, is it a exhaust fan on it or an intake fan. one more thing , is there a equivalent cpu with overclocking that i can use instead of the i3 ? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XHFwkL

what i changed and why:
1) the gpu you selected was outdated, so i chose an updated, more powerful one with the same price

2)the fx6300 provides better performance than the i3 you chose (and is unlocked)
3)slightly better motherboard, with usb 3.0 and better oc support
4)slightly better case or the price
5)the Corsair CX line is low tier 3, its not good, the XFX pro series is high tier 2 and is alot better than the CX

The fans on the side of the gpu are the intake, the exhast port is at the back of the card to gush hot air outside the case
