PC started having power surges.
Hi, so my PC is having power surges and keeps shutting off because of the anti-surge. I installed a new hard drive a week ago. The name of my PSU is Corsair CX 750W. I tried plugging up to the wall and that seemed to work, we had a couple power outages yesterday tho. I've had only 1 surge since plugging it into the wall.

could you test that wall outlet using a volmeter at the same time you use the computer to see if the power from wall is always on and if it cut then you need to check the breaker for the outlet itself fo defect .

We don't have a volmeter, but alright, I'll look. Any other sugggestions?

It shut off in the wall plug twice now. So that's not the problem entirely.
