R9 290x vs GTX 780 SC Edition
What should I get ??

The XFX R9 290x 4gb or EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked edition?

And can I buy a backplate for the 290x?? I know I can with the 780 but not 290x.

Unfortunately not, since they are hard to find and I do not live where you do.
What you can do is check for universal ones that may fit.

No problem. :)  The Vapor-x is decent too. Just not as great as the Tri-x.

But do you know places where I can buy a backplate for a TRI-X?? Just like a Vapor X one

There are a lot to choose from, I will use the site you suggested to find some options at similar cost.

Gigabyte : http://www.netonnet.no/art/data/komponenter/grafikkort/...
Sapphire : http://www.netonnet.no/art/data/komponenter/grafikkort/...
Asus : http://www.netonnet.no/art/data/komponenter/grafikkort/...
MSI : http://www.netonnet.no/art/data/komponenter/grafikkort/...

The Sapphire one is considered one of the best around. I would say go for that one since its the closest to the reference models price as well as one of the best R9 290x's.

I think I'll go with the Sapphire Radeon R9 290x Vapor X since the Toxic ones arent 290. And thanks :D

As you can see on the page you provided, the aftermarker R9 290x`s are more expensive: http://www.netonnet.no/Search/Index?query=r9+290x

Regarding which is best, I`ll let the more experienced members help you with this info.

Edit: the Sapphire R9 290X 4GB TRI-X OC seems to be the cheapest.

Right so that R9 290x uses the REFERENCE AMD cooler, which you DIFFINITELY do not want to use and is the deal breaker.
If these 2 cards are your only 2 options, get the GTX780.
Otherwise find an R9 290x with an aftermarket cooler.

Where can I find aftermarket coolers and what type/model?? Any suggestions?

NZXT have a G10 plate thing, you take off the reference cooler and replace it with theirs, then you put aq compatible liquid cooler in it, bit expensive option but only one i could think off

The R9 290x is the faster card by a relatively small margin, however it depends on a few things which one you should pick.

1. What PSU do you have?
2. What resolution are you gaming at(and plan to game at)?
3. What games do you mostly play?
4. What CPU do you have?
5. Finally and VERY important, which EXACT XFX model of the R9 290x are you referring to? You need to know this to know if a backplate is available and for some other reasons.

I will get a Corsair RM1000w (Overkill yes but I'm going to upgrade in the future)
I'm planning on 1920x1080p and maybe more in the future
I play like FPS and going to play GTA 5
CPU : i5 4690k
The GPU model is this one http://www.netonnet.no/art/data/komponenter/grafikkort/...
