Dell XPS 8700 Graphics Card Upgrade Issue
I have a new graphics card for my Dell XPS 8700 but when I insert the card into the slot and turn the PC on my monitor says "no HDMI signal." Has anyone experienced this issue?

The graphic card I am trying to use is here: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?p=AT-R726XOC&c=fr&p...

And the power source I am using is here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

try enabling legacy instead of uefi. if that does not work, you need to remove the radeon card, hook the the old school way....VGA. install the latest catalyst driver. reboot, turn off pc. install new card, should boot up. I had this issue with my inspiron 3847

Have you checked to make sure your PSU is sufficient enough for the video card?

Yes. I have a 550W power supply. And the graphics card requires 500W or higher
