IO Shield Left In RMA Case...
If you'd take a gander at my previous posts I always get into the most crazy situations heh, but this time I can't believe I left my motherboard IO Shield inside of the computer case I am RMA'ing... The case is under RMA for repair/replacement and I left the IO shield inside, and its at that destination that NewEgg told me to send it to. Should I call newegg and explain the situation and hopefully they will give me back the IO Shield with the new / replaced item? Will it cost me anything? If they don't will I be able to get a replacement IO Shield for my motherboard? (Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Rev 4.0) Please help, I really like the looks of my computer and with my OCD I will be going crazy without this thing!

Really pointless you posting at all about this then, you seem to have it covered already. Now I can get on with helping those who really need help.

I called Newegg and they said they double check their RMA's for left over or forgotten items and the person I spoke to said he wrote an email regarding the IO shield specifically to the factory so I will receive it back with the new\repaired case I will be receiving, I also forgot my little tool that screws in the standoffs but I didn't mention it to the customer service rep so I don't know what will happen with that but it's not as important then the IO shield so I could care less.

I don't care if it is needed or not, I like the looks of it when it is in the back of the case, if you read my whole post you would have known that I'm not trying to bypass it, I'm trying to get it back.
