GPU upgrade & SSD installation
Hi....i want to buy a mid-range NVIDIA GPU and an SSD.....for gaming

My rig-

- Cooler Master HAF 922, 3 fans
- i5 - 2400 @ 3.1 Ghz
- Corsair 1333Mhz 4GB RAM
- Intel DH67CL motherboard
- NVIDIA GTS 450 GDDR5 1GB
- 1 TB Seagate 7200rpm HDD
- Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600W PSU

I'm thinking an EVGA GTX 660 SC ACX cooling would be good and a Crucial M550 128 VB SSD......

Can anybody help.......thanks....

What about GPU....which one should I pick......on Newegg..i checked each and every r9 270x and I checked each and every review.....there were at least 3 negative reviews...for r9 270x of all brands be it msi, Asus, sapphire, XFX.....etc.....

On the other hand GTX 660 had no cons... all pros......for all brands....

I think I will buy an EVGA GTX 660 FTW ACX cooling

Electricity is not at all an issue....all I need is best performance...I want to play Crysis 3 at High to Very High settings with AA....

It's just that I really don't know much about AMD....R9 series is better than HD 7000 series I know......but i'm concerned about quality of product and Drivers......you said ( aznGOD) that AMD fixed those shi*** drivers than I might search about it.....thanks..for helping me out......

Also, Are my other components OK....like CPU, RAM, HDD,motherboard,PSU....for gaming.....

Cause, I don't know if my mobo.. Will support SSD or not....

Any ssd is is compatible with any mobo, you just have to connect it. Make sure you use a SATA 3.0 port for the best speeds.

I'm a huge NVIDIA fan...

But anyway...I checked your link...AMD r9 270x it has a lot of issues regarding...the card died....etc...etc....
Plus AMD drivers are Crappy and they don't work proparly...

But NVIDIA have great drivers...also they have....GeForce Experience...and Shadowplay...also a GTX 660 SC consumes a lot less power than an r9 270x...

Second...I checked your link for SSD...and yeah it is better than Crucial M550.....thanks...

Its k

AMD already fixed dem shi*** drivers. AMD has their own version of shadowplay too. If you want to save electricity buy the 660. However, the 270x will definitely get you more performance. The actual number of cards that fail is relatively small and you can RMA,warrantee etc. I respect your decision if you want to buy the 660.
