My in need of help is that my PC get's hot during the summmer and my PC get's hot even though i have 4 fans blowing out the hot air inside my case and 3 blowing fresh air into my case but it doesn't seem to work or is it just because of my fans i choose for my system or is it my case? I have a bitfenix 120mm blowing fan from the back out of my case and 3 120mm corsair AF series fans blowing it out from the top and bottom, then the ones that are blowing air into my case are the cooler master jetflo that is blowing fresh air into my case from the side panel, one corsair AF series blowing air from the front as well as the bitfenix fan. I'd test out the AF series fans and it doesn't seem it's a good fan to use for airflow to blow air into your case and should i move to the corsair SP series fan for better performance. My case is a Bitfenix Shinobi. Thanks in return!

As you already figured out, it`s your room temperature.
The "cool","fresh" air your intake fans blow in is the temperature of your room, so it`s really difficult just with fans to get lower temps.
Keep your windo open in the winter, and if you get to 0 degrees C in your room, you`ll love your CPU and GPU temps.

Over here in MN its around 85 degrees F and my CPU isn't overclocked its around the 30's and 40's, I'm running the hpyer 212 Evo, My case is 100% dust free i clean it every day, filters are clean, and if i turn on my AC it helps a lot but then later after i turn it off it gets warm. I'll post up pics of my rig.

Are the inlet fans filters ? If they are then your arrangement is sucking dust in your case. If the intake fans are not filtered, then it don't matter beans how many blowing in versus out.
There is insufficient information provided:
How hot is it by you in summer ?
What are CPU Core temps ?
What is interior case temp ?
What cooler, specifically ?
Is case "clean" or dusty ?
If you have filters, are they clean ?
CPU Overclocked ?
If you took off side panel and put desk or window fan facing it blowing in, do things improve ?
You'd be better off having bottom fan blow in.
Bitfenix says you can fit 6 fans, you have 7 ?
Cooling Rear 1 x 120mm (included) or 1 x 92mm (optional)
Cooling Side Panel N/A
Cooling Top 2 x 140mm or 2 x 120mm (optional)
Cooling Bottom 1 x 120mm (optional)
