So i've been having this PC from 2011 most of my specs are 2009 Tho , So i thought i should upgrade talked with a bunch of people and told me that i'm fine for now no need to upgrade maybe just small stuff so i want suggestions from pro people knowing what exactly they're doing.. Here's the thing
CPU : AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor
CPU Speed : 3.4 GHz
RAM : 4 GB
OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 5450
Sound Card : Avnex Virtual Audio Device
These specs make me run almost all games even Watch Dogs( i was shocked lol ) , But all on 800x600 Resolution and every single setting on LOW or VERY LOW
... What part should i upgrade?
1 more thing What's GPU ??
Thanks in advance ! <3

look for a sticker on your power supply and if you don't know the case's name just measure the open space you have for a graphics card and you will be fine. chances are you have a pre-build pc and that the power supply will not have the capacity to handle a big powerfull gpu like the r9 280.
Danbuscus25's suggestion is a really solid option (altough 3Gb video RAM is a but overkill at this time)

GPU: graphics processing unit, your graphics card
i strongly suggest you upgrade your graphics card, there are two factors you have to take in consideration to do that:
-make sure your power supply has enough capacity (most of the time's there is a sticker on it saying how much capacity it has in W (watt's)
-make sure you have enough room in your case
for a matter of fact i had a really low end system (2.93 dual core) with the same gpu as yours (the 5450) and upgrading made a HUGE difference. you have a pretty good cpu so if you buy a new gpu it shouldn't even bottleneck (like it did on mine).
for gaming the gpu is the most important of all. a non reference car will yield some insane performance while still being silent and cool.
a card like the ASUS hd 7870 (http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/HD7870DC22GD5/) is a good bang the buck but of course the more you spend the more you get .
can you give the name of your case and psu (power suplly) so i can see how upgrade friendly these are?
