Can a GTX 770 4GB run two 1440p monitors?
I am planning to build a mATX PC and I was wondering if a gtx 770 4gb graphics card can run two 1440p monitors. The case can only support a single graphics card and I do not play much games on a PC (mainly games like CS GO; I'm a console gamer). I mainly use my PC for web browsing and such and occasionally video and photo editing software. Would the graphics card I have chosen suffice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes but you need 3 monitors to game on it. But it can handle 2 monitors 1 for gaming and 1 for browsing n stuff.
Oh and if you go 3 monitors for gaming a Gtx 770 won't be enough you would need a gtx 780 sli or better to max out games smoothly.

I think you would be ok for the most part as long as you only gaming on one of them. You may have to drop resolution or some settings for some of the more demanding games though.

Yes - it'd run 2 x 1440p monitors. The same as running one 4K. You'll have to play on low to medium settings to get decent fps from any demanding games.
