New Build Issue (Help Diagnosing)
My parts:

Intel Haswell i5 4670K
Asus Maximus Hero VII
Noctua NH D14
4 case fans
EVGA SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling 02G-P4-2774-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit
G.SKILL Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model F3-2400C10D-8GTX
Corsair CX750

So the above is my new build (I just put this together this week). Don't know if this is important but I can't OC past 4.2 Ghz. Yesterday I decided I might as well just keep it a stock settings except for the memory; i changed memory to XMP. The most intensive thing that I did yesterday was play WoW. Last night my computer rebooted about 4 times and then wouldn't turn on. So I was thinking that the stupid PSU burnt out or whatever. This morning the computer turned on and I turned off XMP. So far it has not restarted and turned off, but I also have not put any load on it either.

Could it still be the PSU? Or maybe the memory, or something else?

With XMP on and the 2400 Tri's might need to OC the CPU just a bit, try the onboard CPU step up auto OCing (also make sure you have the latest BIOS)
